Inland Empire Foods of southern California had needs
that called for a central meeting room, 4 doorways at each corner, product display bridge
units with overhead lighting and glass shelves at each doorway, 2 interior benches and 4
oval counter food demo stations on the outside areas.
This booth is featured in Modular One's (the manufacturer) promotional materials.
Clear plastic windows kept the meeting room open.
All flat panels were black formica. All curved panels were chestnut wood burl plastic
laminate. Note the backlit headers over the doorways. The round logo and lettering on the
upper walls are ½ in. thick gold metallic formica. There is a pattern sandblasted into
